No mate, I don't. I mean more than one person, rather than more than one people (for example, the people of Scotland and the people of Wales).

Possibly? It's not a proper noun, so doesn't need a capital for that reason but it is common for some words in titles to have capitals, depending on the media. For consistency, I would also have had to use capitals for most of the other words in that case.
