Woke up 1.5 hours ago (7am) and found the building (bramd new condo) shaking from side to side.

Girlfriend and her brother were rushing around grabbing passports and money.

We then walked down 62 flights of stairs and saw about 10 people in the lobby.

Theres a typhoon here but no warning, intercoms dont work lifts out and none of the staff hete are doing anything.

Oh one of those massive cranes for building work has fallen ovet next door.

Don't think I could live in a place that had regular dangerous weather. We get the odd tornado warning and that's enough for me.
