In a bit Warnock...

According to the LMA Moyes received around £4.5m in settlement. Pulis only signed a 30 month contract to begin with so it's difficult to see how he could have received more, even with a non relegation bonus.....

Pretty sure the tale I heard came from a very reputable source, and the story was, "if the league finishes now, (Palace were 15th or something), Pulis will be the highest paid manager in it". In other words, his contractual bonus for keeping them up, added to his normal wages, would trump everyone else. But sure, pay offs and the like probably made others higher paid eventually.

But with a pay-off, thats kind of like a lump sum for future seasons isnt it?

They mentioned on sky after our game that Pardew hadn't done his post match interview and was odds on for it, hardly any truth in him going there, strange one if he did.
