All this rage venting has made me hungry.

Time for lunch.

I'll be back later to participate in some more venting.

I think I'll go with Mexican food. Some chips & queso to start things off followed by some crispy beef tacos, rice, beans, and some guacamole.

Washing it down with a Dr. Pepper.

Carry on.

I can only go with the mild salsas... That hot spicy type does me in.

No chance on the Dr. Pepper but good try.

My wife has bought some ribs. She's going to cook them with honey, tomato puree and chilli flakes. Maybe we'll watch a DVD and have a few bottles of homebrew or maybe we'll go to the local and have a few pints. They'll all look at me though and ask me what's wrong with my side. I'm the only Blue in this part of Norf Landon, you see.

I bought some Welsh malt whisky yesterday. Maybe I'll hit that instead.

I got overruled on the Mexican food. Pizza won the day (it usually does when you have kids) but it was good too.

Mexican food is somewhat of a weakness of mine, I'm afraid. Quesadillas, Tacos, Burritos, Enchiladas, not to mention nachos with cheese, guacamole, salsa. And Jalapeno Poppers.

Shame there's no decent Mexican take aways in Leeds, but there used to be this amazing Tex Mex restaurant near me called Head For The Border (in Chapel Allerton, if any of you know Leeds well). Now it's a Yuppie hangout called Zed Bar, which is an alright place, but it doesn't do Mexican food.

I love Mexican food too. The spicier the food the better for me. Though i dont know if it's just me? But i sure regret scoffing loads of it down the next day.

Ah yeah, I remember you saying you came to Elland Road one year.

An ideal takeaway for your average person from Leeds is "chips from t'chippeh wi' curreh sauce". There's some good Chinese/Indian/Italian takeaways, but never any Mexican places about, unless it's a proper restaurant and not just somewhere you can ring up when you can't be arsed cooking!

Just finished work for the day, and finished the biggest bowl of popcorn reading the posts of the last 12 hours. Sensational stuff all round. Hate being on the other side of the world, miss the live action punches, it's like waiting for the replay knowing the result.
