Im annoyed because...

I'm annoyed because my first choice university rejected me after I:

- Gave a good interview, even the interviewer said I did well and had lots of good skills
- Having 2 years experience in the field
- Meeting the entry requirements

So I don't know why I didn't get in. Then I found out that the course I got accepted onto is still "subject to approval" which means it might get swerved, which I was never told. I am disappointed, upset and angry in equal measure.

Why are you annoyed?

Sounds a bit weird that....so did you get an offer from them in the first place? What Uni/course was it if you don't mind me asking

Yeah I got an offer, haven't accepted it yet, but then I seen on their website that it says the course is subject to approval. It's Bedfordshire Uni and the Primary Education course.

sorry so you didn't get rejected they just might plug the course? There's a lot of uni's who do primary education so I wouldn't worry about it too much; 3 of my friends from School are all full time teachers now after doing it.

No I got rejected from my first choice - Canterbury, despite the reasons I stated. Bedford was my reluctant back up that I got accepted on but they might plug the course.

I've applied for most now, sadly it looks like it could all go tits up for me as I've got accepted to just one, and that might be pulled.

Chin up lad. Worst (or best) case scenario is that you can work over the summer and have a gap year travelling and re-apply, with an improved personal statement.

I left school in 2012, so it will be my second year out. I'll just keep working I suppose.
