only jesting, mike :P

Word mate, ich friere mich den Arsch ab.

Yesterday was the coldest day of the season so far, bitterly cold on the way home on my pushbike!

Extra coat and gloves today, erledigt!

PS nice place Berlin.

I am

I like gritty challenges, pressing, direct play and getting it in the goal in no more than 2-3 passes

I like old fashioned centre forwards who are about 6 Foot 3 and pratcically bully the ball into the net

I hate Tikki Takka and wish it had never happened

I think the sweeper system is a tactically sound approach

I believe in sportsmanship and winning fairly

I believe in staying on your feet when you're through on goal and looking to score rather than looking to tumble down and look penalty

I'm a dinosaur from a bygone age

I'm only 26

Mock me

No worries my friend. NBC Sports would like to help you, but I've saved you the trouble:

Your EPL side is: Stoke City

Have you seen the way refs control the game mate?

Physical contact is barely allowed here and all but vanished abroad, rough-housing went out with Nelson's eye it killed the long ball to the big man and flick on to the little fella thus no need for a "sweeper".

Different rules, different game these days in theory it should increase the skill level so fook knows what happened to British players most can hardly trap a ball.

aye, i really like it. I recently topped the time I spent in London here (7 years each in both cities, but not sick of here yet).

It's never had the stunning landscapes of Bayern, nor the quality of food. And nowadays it doesn't even offer the cheaper rents it used to (thanks to Berlin apparently being voll-cool now). But it's still a very agreeable city: a nice mix of quiet, space and activity.

Yeah what I like about Berlin is that there's always something happening, a bit like London. I couldn't get bored in London, although I admit there have been many occasions here (esp Feiertage...) where there's been f all to do. Think dark cold winter bank holidays...

I do like a good Schweinebraten with Knoedel and gravy. Delish.

Dinosaurs would be rubbish at football IMO

I agree with a lot of this Mikey but I am 41 so its OK

I alos hate the fact that every fecker now has a "philosophy". This is football ffs. It is a style of play or at best a mentality. Can everyone stop being so feckin pretentious???

The word 'philosophy' when used in relation to football makes me want to hurt the voice that said it.

Here's a 'philosophy' for you:

SCORE MORE GOALS THAN THE TEAM YOU'RE PLAYING AND YOU WILL WIN
