Just have the Reffs enforce the rules we have now properly

refs get far too much protection as is
they're never held accountable for horrorshow performances

For me this is the only good idea in there.

I dislike it to be honest - there's the concept of 'taking one for the team' similar to bringing down a player who's got the run on you intentionally
they should be sent off but that's the cost of it for me
