Love when the fans lose the contact with reality.I think it'd be a harder decision than you're making out. He's got to consider the fact that anywhere else he goes, he won't be the superstar that he is here. Having just seen Pienaar go to spurs and end up as a bench boy may put him off leaving a bit, Pienaar was just as key as he is and spurs aren't much better than us really. I think that may act as a sort of "are you sure this is a good idea" factor for him.
That said he might just think "Sod it I'm better than peanut and most managers aren't as odd as 'arry."

Quite possible, I suppose it comes down to whether or not he cares about getting a game. I'd like to think he does, he seems like he wants to prove himself as something special, though Pienaar also seemed that way to be fair.Im fairly sure Pienaar is quite happy sitting on the bench counting his money.
I reckon he really wants to win things with Everton. But before he signs he wants some evidence that the club's moving forward and is capable of delivering success. So unless something big and exciting happens in the next 12 months, I can't see him signing a new contract. Which would be a ****ing tragedy.

You never know he might like the city and feel settled.
In terms of ambition, he should go.

Pienaar isnt stupid, he knows what he was getting into, he knew that Spurs have a massive squad and also have Gareth Bale who plays LW and Modric as Playmaker, so its not as if he thought he would first choice.
