Never the tracksuit, but probably that's influenced by American coaches moving away from suits and towards polos and hoodies. The throwback coaches always wore suits and hats, and I think RM and Jose look sharp fully dressed whereas all these tools in full tracksuit (Pulis leading them) look silly and unprepared like they just rolled out of bed mid afternoon and couldn't be arsed taking a shower before the game. I suppose Moyes is a decent mix (and Lambert usually looks nice if he wears the sweater), but I would go with the suit look.

.....when Moyes left everybody wanted Vitor. He's not very good (currently managing in Saudi) but he looks like the Special One, which demonstrates that looks go a long way where managers are concerned.
