If you had to pick one cuisine to eat for the rest of your life, what'd it be?

I'm going Indian, with Mexican a close second.

I do like Italian.

But when I eat Italian, I'm hungry three days later.....

Indian.

Ate it every day for five or six weeks some years ago and never tired of it. It helps that the range, from Kashmiri to Keralan is enormous.

I'm a relatively late convert to Thai cuisine and think it could give Indian a good run for it's money.
