If there was a bit more money, i would let Moyes do exactly as he is doing now maybe just more of it, have a squad of 24 quality players of his chooseing. But my first priority would be to tie Arteta, Rodwell, Yak, Pienaar down on long improved contracts.

Couldn't agree more, much more important to secure the future of these players rather than buying new ones.
