Wasnt the Ronaldo one with the RS? They couldnt pay his wages so passed on him. Gutting that one for them.

well we went for Gullit, deemed that he wouldn't be good enough, and brought back Raymond Atteveld instead.

I remember the Maradonna story from the time it happened i was about 14 if i recall rightly and i saw it in the papers the lad (maradonna) was about to sign,it was all the rage after argentina winning the world cup ozzie and ricky going to spurs frankly i didnt think much of it till the 80's when his talent became all too clear.
