Even though he will not leave to Aston Villa...I mean there is no chance in hell! Who would you want to replace him? And do you think we would struggle without his ability to sign good players for little moneys? Coleman, Arteta, Cahill, the list goes on....
I for one couldn't think of a manager who could take his place!

I would have to agree the most with Ancelotti and Wilkins as a pair. They are quality coaches, I mean everything went downhill when Wilkins left Chelsea. I mean obviously Chelsea didn't get relegated or anything that severe, but things changed there, and they started to play pretty poorly
