Just curious to see where some on here rank the current players vs. the English national team. If all of Everton's current team were English, how many would get into the England side. Starters, bench, I don't care. Who would make the 23 for England next summer?

Obviously Barkley, Jags, and Baines since they'll actually be in the side. After that, I think Lukaku would partner Rooney, Mirallas would be there in some capacity, McCarthy in a subs role probably, and Howard competing with Hart.

Would Coleman, Del, Pienaar, Distin, etc. crack the England side? Thoughts?

coleman is 10x better than anything england have, he's just a much better defender than walker/johnson - even if i do rate richards as the best.

howard wouldn't be close if we're saying every other teams' players are english as well. most of our squad is better than your cleverley's wilshire's and welbeck's though

its not his ability. he's a fantastic footballer. it's his attitude. arrogant, moronic, small-man who's based his entire concept of leadership by watching ****s like Stevie G and Terry, and tried to match it with the attitude of Roy Keane (despite having the build of Samir Nasri).
Seriously can't stand the guy.
I might dislike him more than Suarez.

I'd drop McCarthy for Wilshere all day tbh. No comparison in ability.
