No. Sound is the brain’s interpretation of a certain wavelength of compression of the air. If it doesn’t hit an ear there is no sound.

If someone is there and hears a sound, it follows the same sound is made if no one is there. Can't change the laws of physics on the basis of fans in the stands.

And if your deaf? Or asleep? Still there but you might just feel a very slight breeze. Sound needs functioning ears attached to a conscious brain.
