It ain't rocket science.

Look at the countries that have done well, try to emulate them, look at the countries that have done badly; use them as a warning what not to do.

Be more like Hong Kong & South Korea, and less like Zimbabwe and North Korea.

Trouble is the West wants to have their cake and eat it. They want the egalitarianism and control of Stateism but also all the wealth generating benefits of Freedom and Captialism. You must choose - you can't have more of both.

I'm the lovechild of Ayn Rand and Milton Friedman.

Not really sure I agree.

Cosy Center-Left alliances be damned.

We don't need any of that, we just need computers and the hyperwebs to aggregate the will of the people, it'll be utopian until some bald chap with a British or Russian accent screws us all, ultimately I vote Bruce Willis

I voted cheese on toast since you didn't have Hard Right, Gun Toting, Wall Street Loving, Religious Zealot.

As long as we can avoid Scientology, were all on a winner here.* In an ideal world, socialism would be the way to go but, as usual the real word teaches us that ideals don't always translate in to practicality.

*not to be confused with Christian Scientists.
