That was why the Lescott / Jags era was so good. Both were awesome, yet very different personalities. Moyes said he knew Joleon would jump ship if a Chelsea offered a big contract, and Phil was very grounded. Win, win as both formed a formidable unit.

We were just so unfortunate that Man United and Chelsea also had their strongest sides in the prem era at the time.
