Actually someone staying or being able to stay in a job for that long is really refreshing to hear this day and age. Congrats to your mum. Hope she enjoys her well earned retirement.

Does she have things to do to keep her busy, family, friends, etc, as there’s going to be a big hole in her life where her job used to be ?
