Loved the pic they used, however when Moyes says "It is totally unacceptable to go in to what is a confidential meeting and then tape the proceedings. I really feel for my chairman." big WTF

when Blue Union say this "The Chairman was aware that information from the meeting would be supplied to supporters. The only confidentiality exercised surrounds matters concerning the chairman’s private and family life, which he is clearly entitled to expect and we are equally happy to respect."
 

Moyes is right....

1 -- He chooses who to buy/sell

2 -- He was always kept aware of the financial situation

3 -- He's happy to keep existing players rather than wheel/deal

4 -- He doesn't want to be a selling club (instead keeping current players and increasing their contracts)

5 -- He is building a team



Well....in my opinion he did very well when he took over and built up a team......my question is why has he not built a 2nd team (which Arsenal and Utd seem to do) and sold high when players are obviously not going to be in the 1st eleven any longer?

Baines / Jags / Fellaini / Rodwell / Barkley / Coleman there's 6 players who I would like to see in the coming seasons....

Heitinga/Bilyaletdinov/Distin -- He may have just as well paid off the overdraft when Lescott was sold. How much are these players worth now -- their values typify the value of our club -- sinking.

It's an absolute underhand way of behaving and typical of STUPID and IGNORANT people who have absolutely NO PLACE in representing Evertonians or ANY sort of group.....

They actually went into a meeting with the aim of secretly taping a meeting -- this has to be the most disgusting thing that someone can do....it's quite obvious that they have never held any position of trust in the business world -- it just shows what underhand people they are.

ABSOLUTE FILTH and a total disgrace.
 
Honestly i didnt find DM's "i decide" comments helpful clearly he would have a say about any player leaving(if not why not he should leave if that where the case)to em its put him right in the firing line if things go badly and we havent brought anyone new in (i suspect someone will come in) and as for the "we're not a selling club" err yes we are Davey and have been for awhile sadly.

Well he does, to be fair. No one's been sold or bought behind his back.

As for us being a selling club... it's a stupid term. Everyone's a selling club given the right set of circumstances. We need to sell to buy, but we don't need to sell to survive. Not yet anyway. If and when that time comes then fair enough, but right now we've hardly sold anyone.

We pretty much sell to sign players mate,to me thats worse in a way becuase with the right investment with those players who we've sold over the years it does make you wonder how well we could have done,no champions or anything silly like that but Champ league shot every year surely?

Derek Hatton, who arranged the meeting totally contradicts the BU. Its going to be a case of who you want to believe on this one.
