After starting the last three games for Everton following his summer move from Atletico Madrid, Johnny Heitinga has admitted the Premier League is tough.
"It is tough when you see the speed of the game. You must concentrate the full 90 minutes and it is at a high speed."
"It is tough three games in one week but I am still standing! I am happy and I feel good at the moment,"
"The next game I obviously can't play in because I can't play in Europe but I would like to face Stoke at the weekend because I like to see the stadium full of Everton fans. On my last home game it was nice to see the supporters."
"We are fighting as a team. I think we train hard and you can see that this team plays well together.
"The defence is strong but also the attackers want to help the defence which I think is good for the team and good for the rest of the season.”
