Just seen the big man Fellaini in JJB in town buying a skipping rope for his missus (v tasty by the way), had the pleasure of shaking his hand. Cant speak much english but seemed a very nice man (y)

Nothing sad about it mate. Nice one. These are the type of moments that will stay with you as you get old and you don't need a photo to relive the moment. You'll tell your grand kids about the day you met the big fella a few hours before we knocked the rs out of the cup.

I met Edgar Davids many, many years ago in Amsterdam, i couldnt even speak, might have been the skunk, but i only mamaged a mumble as i shook his hand. When you meet a hero, you lose the ability to think and talk, its only when you walk away that you think.

I cant speak Belgian and he speaks v little english. He had to do an impression of skipping (excellent by the way!) to get what he wanted so i didnt think it was worth trying! :lol:

I met Big Nev when he become Dover Athletics manager. He is the reason I support Everton! Have to be completly honest and say I was left hugely dissapointed by him, quite rude. Got his autograph thou! (y)
