As if the lack clean water and electricity wasn't bad enough, the dam looks more likely to fail.

Shouldn't be too bad (easily said from 80ish miles inland and from PR perspective).

Hwy 12 on the Outer Banks will likely be over washed, but that is par for even mild storms. Last I heard was 2-4 feet of storm surge. Max winds 30-40 mph with gusts in the 50s.
