Lovely tribute, the 'Howard Kendall Gwladys Street End' is a bit of a mouthful though - everyone will still say 'Street End/Gwladys' and 'Park End'.

Classy touch by the club nonetheless, well deserved.

It will always be easy to think of it as Gwladys / Park end, but if anyone deserves to have the gwladys named after them, it's Howard Kendall. Well done to the club.

Although naming stands in a new stadium makes more sense - I think this might be a message to the fan base that despite the new era being upon us under Moshiri, the values of the club won't be forgotten.

Although the stand names wont change in everyday use for us it might be the case that the new livery on the stands reflects Howard / Sir Philip's contributions to the club.
