Simple question really.
Mrs. K. Bought a new 3 piece suite last week from a store in Chester, they have said delivery will be seven weeks but have guaranteed it will be here before Xmas ( financial penalties if it's not ).... Anyhow, part of the guarantee states though that if my suite is damaged in any way whilst still insured they will replace like for like within 3 working days.
So, brings me back to the thread title.....

Got a mate in this industry. Simple really. He imports kit to order, hence 7 weeks, but also carries one or two identical spare units stored in the UK for the insurance guarantee. It is pretty rare to damage a suite just by moving it around.

If the imported stock item is damaged in transit, he will send the UK one instead. Constant turnover of units, 365 days a year.
