How to find someone?

Lets get straight to the point, I had a very good business contact who yesterday I found out is no longer with the company he was working for, this company last year provided us with more work than any other all because of this guy, so he is an important contact for my company.

In Jan this year I found out he broke his leg so he was out of work, now since he has been out of work I have recieved no contact from the company, I texted to no reply which was strange, so I emailed another person in the company who then told me he is no longer working for them.

So I cant contact his mobile because it was a works phone, his email is works as well. I asked the company for a personal number but they cant give out that kind of info. I have searched online for a number or address for him.

I know his full name and where he lives but not his exact address.

Does anyone have any clue as to how I could get a contact or address for this person because i'm at a dead end.
