Interesting to see whether this programme includes the TX Bill model of football club acquisition:

1) spot a club your interested in

2) send them a formal written offer

3) don't undertake any prior verbal discussions/negotiation or due dilligence to establish whether the offer has any chance of success

4) when your bid fails go public

To stop the 'fans headache' you need PR to tell the fans you will pump loads of money into the club and that gets them on your side.
