5'10" 93kilos (14st 9 in old money) 48chest 17 neck 34waist, i used to bother with all that training stuff but got really disallusioned with it all.

6'3" 225lbs.

Most of my weight is in my kidneys - don't ask. I'm on a transplant list to get them replaced.

So, I lose the kidneys, get a replacement and I should be around 200lb with 5% body fat.

If it wasn't for the PKD, I'd be in pretty buff shape for 43 years old.

It is funny how few blokes do any kind of leg exercises in the gym. Probably think it'll make their wang look smaller or something. Get yourself some of these bad boys :lol:

Ha, I'll admit I rarely do legs but I do things like dead lifts which will help me there. Before I could drive I used to ride my 1 speed BMX everyday and to absolutely anywhere, I probably cycled about 4 or 5 miles a day, possibly more. So my legs have always been strong and they're still fairly big and well in proportion to the rest of me. I'll have to do them one day soon though.
 

DEFO only a 5 a side keeper!! Short arse

Always played 11 a side and my height has never been an issue. Good footwork and positioning prevents getting lobbed all the time! But I did excel at 5 a side! Heres the best pic I can find that shows my height in 11 a side goals.

Ha it's weird though. My legs are actually quite muscley. Well they're not un muscley. Played a lot of football over the years and that's a good a work out as any. Play 5 a side once a week and I do a bit of cardio every now and then buts that's all I need really.
 
All I eat is salad and chicken and various fresh fish based salads i eat " rubbish probably one evening a week, but I'm losing weight very slowly, I swear I have the metabolism of a Sloth.

You can swap with me mate, I miss a meal and I swear I wake up and the gym work has all gone to waste within a few hours.
 

I'm about a size 38/40 chest, 36 waist because of my Roberto Carlosesque thighs and J Lo ass. Football made sure I'd never fit in skinny jeans. I can fit in a 32 waist easy in some jeans, but it's a different game trying to get a pair of trousers past the thigh area.

Don't think I've ever lifted a weight with my arms in the gym, just used to do stuff for the legs. Hoping to finally use my rowing machine this weekend though, I can feel the fat piling on due to 2 football games in 2 months as I eat crap a lot, but like Nik I also miss meals big time. Reckon I'll last about 2 minutes before dying on the rower
