mutley

Player Valuation: £8m
Seamus Coleman 20m
Leighton Baines 15m
Kevin Mirallas 10m
John Stones 8m
Ross Barkley 45m
Bryan Oviedo 9m
Nikica Jelavic 7m

nothing serious lads just for a bit of fun if you were Bobby ?

Stones at £8m would be robbery. Feel the same way about him as I did the first time I saw Rooney and Barkley, going to be a star.

Stones was a tough one danny but we only paid 3m and he's played less than half a dozen games but i agree he looks like he could be the real deal

Coleman, Stones, Barkley are not to be sold imo.

Bainesy is brilliant, but we have a made replacement in Oviedo so (£15m), and Oviedo is about £8m.

Jelavic i'd say about £5m, Mirallas £11m, and Gueye for lols at £500k.

Me too mate, said on Saturday he's the best centre half Iv ever seen aged under 20. He looked about 30 with 500 games behind him at times. I know we only played QPR but it was more about the way he carried himself

The ONLY one in that group that should have a price tag on him is Jelly...and only if we are certain we'll sign something better.

Qualifying for CL and winning the FA Cup will take a full squad. These are the goals of the club this season, innit?

You would suspect that Oviedo is now on the radar of some high ranking EPL clubs. He has been a revelation to me. The future for EFC looks refulgent with so much talented youth. The biggest threat to our fortunes is RM being poached. There really would be a MASSIVE vacuum were that to happen. I believe that a succession plan should be implemented asap ie Bobby bring through an assistant schooled in his principles and methodologies. Have a seamless transition. Because, make no mistake, the global football brands (Barca, Bayern , United etc WILL come knocking)

Yeah, no one's going to come in with a stupid bid for an inexperienced centre half but that's what it would take to prize him away from us.

Strikes me as someone who's extremely loyal, but obviously if a European powerhouse came calling he'd leave. I doubt/hope that would be before he really achieves something with us though.

Seamus Coleman 200 Bn
Leighton Baines 20m
Kevin Mirallas 5m
John Stones Hes had 2 games...
Ross Barkley 60m
Bryan Oviedo 9m
Nikica Jelavic 4m

Barkley 90million
Coleman 35 Million
Baines 15 Million
Mirallas 12 Million
Jelavic 9 Million
McCarthy 25 Million

I think this is what they are worth to us, rather than what other clubs would pay. Jelavic is a funny one, I've never had any faith he'd ever return to form, even when everyone else said he would last season after the spurs and city goals. But for some reason I think he is nearly there, the confidence, the positioning the runs and instinct seem to be back. I've been impressed with him when he's come off the bench the last few weeks too and knowing what he is capable of, that's why my price on him may seem a little high.

Seamus Coleman 30m (or not for sale)
Leighton Baines 20m (ignoring the fact his contract last another 18 months)
Kevin Mirallas 10m (same as you assuming RM does not improve KM's game further)
John Stones 15m (or not for sale...considering his age, price should increase with more plaudits!)
Ross Barkley 75m (or not for sale)
Bryan Oviedo 25m (or not for sale...you can't sell him less than Baines, plus his age!)
Nikica Jelavic 5m (same as quoted of RM)

I know some people will feel I'm overvaluing these guys but we need to consider their age and the potential at this point for them to achieve something with the club.

But you have to remember, other clubs knowing you want a replacement WILL GORGE you too. For Coleman/Stones/Barkley/Oviedo, I would like to think they are not for sale at any price. Unless we have a younger and capable replacement.

To me, this answers the question perfectly.

The only one I would consider, and its a massive IF, is lets rip off that numpty Moyes again, and offer him Baines for either Rooney or Van Persie plus 15 million. Ok, maybe player plus 10 million would be ok. LOL

I love Baines, he is a sensational player. I have only ever liked one left back better at Everton, and that was Pat Van Den Hauwe. However Oviedo is a good enough replacement.
