I've heard £5m thrown around, but then also heard that all of the Arteta money (£9m after losing the sociedad share) went to the banks.

£4.13m as of last audited accounts. Nearly half of that is for the 25 year loan the club's paying off. £0.727m is interest charges on our overdraft.

So after a brief look i'm seeing we paid out ~£4.4m ?

Would be interesting to know what has happened to all of the money from player sales this season if a similar figure was to be paid out this time around. As far as i can work out we are currently at -£12.5m net spend since the summer transfer window....
