You named teams that spent less yet played better football and finished higher. Who else would you blame for that?
 
The Athletic reckons about £100m will be made available, and it doesn’t mention that any sales will be part of that so we could spend a pretty penny. Let’s be honest, we have no depth and loads of guff so we need another summer like the last one, 5-6 first teamers.
