So Liverpool spunk a successful Europa League win and City win the Champions League how does this breakdown for teams next year s they will qualify for Champions League automatically?

As I see it:

Prem 1st, 2nd, 3rd enter Champions League. 4th gets Europa as Chelski get to defend their Champions League therefore 4th gets Europa as per rule change following the shoite debacle of the 90's. 5th get Europa League.

FA Cup get Europa League.

Mickey Mouse Cup Gets Europa League or 7th if City in Champions League.

If City win the CL and finish 4th how does that work? Does that mean RS as Eurpoa League winners (if that happens) take the CL spot of 3rd placed Arsenal?

Each country can get at most 5 cl places.

If City or Liverpool finish outside the top 4 and win in europe they'll just get an extra place. It's only if both do it that 4th will miss out.
