Will the Stretford End support the new manager, without question (his name slips me at the moment), will they place their trust in him or will they say he is not as good as his predecessor and want him out. I suspect they will get worried when the referee blows his final whistle on time, on field tactics employed by the new man are so negative that exciting games become nightmarish due to poor substitutions, faith will ebb away in no time. The new manager (his name slips me at the moment) will last less than three years at which point he will be shown the door along with any back room staff he selected. In that time no European trophies will be won mainly due to poor tactics and managerial inexperience. How long do you think he will reign over the leading red team in the UK?

i dont even think he will last the 3 years mate!

oh and great to see you about again! hope you and the family are all well!!

i don't think anyone can say really. he'll be out of his comfort zone but they'll be tryin to (and have done a bit already) make it as comfortbale as possible for him...

they need to invest in the squad i think. i know it won the league this season but fergie was what edged them over anyone else

As someone who was a Moyes defender, it makes no difference to me, I hope he falls flat on his face. As I have said elsewhere, I don't want anyone leaving us to succeed.

I hope he does well as the alternatives for winning the league are the two playthings (Chelsea and City), Spurs, Arsenal and at a stretch the RS. Out of those I'd only be ok with Arsenal as they are a very well run club and the manager isn't that tittish.

ps. I don't want Spurs winning the league as I just have a dislike for them. There may be a legit reason but it got lost somewhere along the way.

They've already got a song for him.

haha "come on feel the Moyes" ridiculously good

all I know is, Moyes was in charge of most stuff at Goodison, he was THE boss, he was the gaffer

this will not be the case at United, Moyes will be a small cog in a very big machine, he is in for a shock

I give him two seasons, no trophies, (charity shield maybe)

Your all gonna be crying into your cornflakes when he pisses the League and takes Home Big Ears.

Will you be out partying celebrating if he does?

I'd be amazed if he sees out the initial 6 year deal or goes on to get a second contract.

My guess is 1 full season, when it ends trophy less for them.

i think its, so come on daveyy moyes play like fergies boys an weel go wildd wildd wilddd.
if u was going on about the song like,

be nice too see what he can do there just hope he dosent sit back like he done with us
better players might make him go for it more + more .. havent got a clue

i think if he does what hes done here but leaves his 'negativity he has sometimes behind
he could do a very good job there, hope he actually does well never disliked manu apart from the
rooney but thats all done with now, more they win winds the kopites up + weve got alright players
of them gibbo .. neville was better than nothing etc.
