How fat are the GOT crew?

Fast walking really is a weapon of mass destruction when it comes to losing weight.
I lost 3 stone by walking 4 miles in under 60 minutes (its a lot faster than you think)
4 times a week. It does become addictive as well which really helps. No gym fees,
no fancy gear needed, just a decent pair of trainers and you can do it to fit in with
your schedule. The weather is good now as well. Why not?
Winter here in Victoria but it's a rare day you can't get out for an hour. I really love running on a treadmill at the gym, the mental benefits almost outweigh the physical benefits, but I guess time is a cruel mistress. Oh to be young again.

Whereabouts in Victoria mate?
My mum lives in Frankston. I lived in South Yarra for a few years
in the late 70's and early 80's. Melbourne is a fantasic city! I was there
about 4 years a go on holiday. Loved it.

Mrs C and I have started walking, we have been at it for about 4 months, we generally walk just over 3 mile per day for 6 days per week. We haven’t bothered with any dieting and we are losing weight.
I had put on about a stone over the first lockdown without really noticing, walking has shifted that and my body mass and height to weight ratio are back to normal.
I would recommend walking to anyone if you can’t or don’t fancy anything more strenuous.
