i have two answers.... The car i just drive onto the driveway and get out. The van i just drive into the street and get out, always at the end of the street.

On a patch of grass outside my house. There's room for 3 cars on the drive but the 3rd one blocks the other 2 in.

If I park in a car park of any sort I always try to avoid parking next to a 3 door car, the doors open so wide and you always get some idiot denting your door. I never park next to an MPV, or cars with child blinds or anything, kids are careless.

I always try to park in between a BMW and an Audi for example and not some old shed as they're more likely to be careful.

Also I am the undisputed master of the parallel park.
