If you give people whatever they want and they never hear the word no then some will end up thinking they can do anything and get away with it.
The act is horrible obviously, the fact that someone decided to film it so they could watch it back is mind blowing.
Scumbags have always existed, always will, but the obsession with phones means people get found out more these days which I guess is a good thing even if I hate the whole phone culture. At the same time I worry that people get desensitized to it as there is so much crap out there now.
