If they want to work fine. If you can afford for your partner to not work and they want to stay at home to be a traditional wife and that is enough fulfillment for them, then that is also fine. Anyone who sees it as a problem is just kicking off because of what society is trying to force you into believing.

Having a choice is not a bad thing. Everyone is different and as far as I can see it isn't illegal or hurting anyone.
