most of the big places around parliament st/ canning/ huskison are owned by LHT. Prices 20 yrs ago....around 30k per house. Now....around 250k per house, and that's the cheaper ones.

The town houses are the best. I know it's more profitable to rent them out to people, but they are so much nicer with one owner just look tidier without 4 different doors on them.

We're in the planning stage of moving back up..
A lot of workings out, schools etc. to go, but it's so much cheaper.

I'm in Crosby now. Can't say I'm too fond of the place like. Some right snobby tvvats!!
