Thats the one that my computer opens up through so thats straight into it it when computer is turned on

On my mobile though both work perfectly but I use the other for "meets" etc so have lots of pictures/contacts etc received so want to keep them

Maybe try an incognito window in your browser. If that does not work for signing in, keep the window open and look up naughty pictures.

First of all sorry to have to open new topic :-(

I have 2 hotmail accounts and can only use one at moment on my computer :-( Windows Update 2 days ago and now I can only get into 1 of them and not the other?
Any suggestions appreciated
Both work on mobile phone but on computer only one of them :-(

Hotmail is dead.

Its outlook.com now isn't it?
