Hotmail problems

First of all sorry to have to open new topic :-(

I have 2 hotmail accounts and can only use one at moment on my computer :-( Windows Update 2 days ago and now I can only get into 1 of them and not the other?
Any suggestions appreciated
Both work on mobile phone but on computer only one of them :-(

Can you be more specific? Browser or application? Does it say something like 'incorrect password' or just not give the option to sign in with another account?
