There is a steakhouse called gaucho who have salted caramel vodka.

Its their signature drink. You can buy a bottle or they'll give you free shots after a steak.

Lovely.

Not sure what the "hotel chocolat" is in the title though...

Hotel Chocolat is a shop that specialises in selling splendidly mediocre chocolate for surprisingly high prices.

They’ve recently started popping up at railway stations which is pretty useful if you've forgotten an anniversary or Valentine's day as on your way home from work you can get a card from WH Smith, flowers from Marks & Sparks and chocolates from Hotel Chocolate in the hope you might get a pity handy for your efforts.
