Love that stuff on pizzas, much better than pineapple coulis...

Sriracha mixed w/ ranch dressing is nice on grilled cheese sandwiches. My favorite is Tapatio sauce, which is not too hot. Tabasco is great sauce and also a very cool, family-owned company who really looks after their employees. A great corporate philosophy.
