...oh it's bit of fun. I'm a social gambler, love my Saturday with the lads I used to play footy with. Some folk spend their money going to the flicks or on DIY. I have a few quid on a few bets that I can afford and then watch them run in good company. Great day today, lost but not a lot and the Blues won.

Its not about winning or losing, its about working hard all week and having a release and relaxation of a weekend. That's what I like to do.

..I know, I wasn't being touchy in the least just trying to say that racing is one of those subjects you either like or can't understand the attraction. I clearly like it but wouldn't try and convert those who don't.

Everton won which is the main thing.
