I see small things. Only bigger.
Cottage pie that was delivered to 47 schools in Lancashire has tested positive for horse DNA.
The product has now been withdrawn from kitchens.

Officials at Lancashire County Council say the amount of horse consumed by the children will have been 'minute.'

Analysts at one of six laboratories in the country doing the FSA's tests discovered the contaminated product late yesterday.

Headteachers have been alerted.

Bound to be the same in all authorities too, up and down the country.

was only a matter of time before this happened

we had a parent write in the contact book that they didnt want their child eating any meat in case there was horse in it, we laughed but now it seems like they might have a point

I had a horse burger in Slovenia a few years ago. Loved it. Very tasty although not too disimilar from other meats such as beef. I'd happily eat/buy one again.

I tried a horse burger last week....it was awful so I threw it over next doors fence,......and the next....and the next.....and the next....and the next....and the next......

It's ok I'm leaving.
