Recent (ish) horrors I’ve enjoyed have included The Babadook, It Follows. Hush and Don’t Breathe are both good - not quite horror but along those lines.

The VVitch is a modern masterpiece.

VVitch was excellent. Setters life atmosphere and milieu was well created...ending was facinating

are there any good horror tv series, even older ones? not American Horror, that's overstylised pants. I know about American Gothic, Chimera & Twin Peaks and obviously anthology stuff like Twilight Zone/Outer Limits. Not sure what else might be out there.

American horror story is good but hit and miss

thanks mate but i'm more into serious horror. Walking Dead is also awful, full of the tired old cliche that humans are the worst monsters.

That's why I respect Game of Thrones...that tells us the monsters really are as bad as it gets.

Walking dead sucks.

If you love original evil dead’s than Ash v evil dead is fun and super gory.

This was a good one. Japanese film about a newspaper predicting future accidents.

Dont expect huge 'action scenes', ...I had to watch it twice cause it kinda stayed in the back of me head for a while.
