No. Not since season 2.

I absolutely hated season 3, thought it just got so stupid and massively unrealistic for a show which seems to pass itself off as quite true to life. This season has continued to be ridiculous but at least they seem to have embraced that and I am enjoying it a bit more than the last one.

It does still annoy me though and truly stupid stuff happens in it constantly.

I really didn't expect much from the 4th series but have ended up really enjoying it, so much better without all the Brodie silliness which meant that the plot was twisted into knots. I suppose the only daftness of the latest series was Carrie's relationship with the young lad.

I would definitely say so. It is has become more of a stand alone series, and doesn't draw much on any of the previous three.

First two seasons were great, third I wasn't fussed on. The fourth has been superb so far though.
