I bought a new house last year and now want do it up. Anybody give me rough costs for

1. Conservatory
2. Loft conversion
3. New driveway

Those are the biggest things I’m looking at right now and don’t wanna talk to any sales nerds yet, anyone that’s actually had these done would be helpful.

No sawdust you beauts

A bit more detail as to dimensions would give a better estimate.
Small conservatory or loft extension looking approx 10k.
Drive depends what you require and how big it is.
Just looking for approx costs at the moment. I’d say the drive way was small to medium, probably about 25ft wide and 15ft long

Inhad budgeted about £10k for a conservatory and £15k for loft conversation and £5k for drive way having literally no idea how much they cost other than some googling

Get a few free estimates mate.you do seem have a fair idea of cost.i build quite a few extensions etc and building materials are expensive these days.

Nice one lads. Was after rough figures and these are about right before her someone to come and give quotes etc

I've had all 3 done. Loft conversion was 16k but included a few extras so would have been under £15k. New drive moved the drive from the side of the house to the front and cost £5.5k but that was mates rates. My 3m x 4m conservatory cost £7k.

My loft conversion just cost about £28k. Two beds, bathroom with Dormer etc etc...
