Whatever happened to people going to faliraki and sunny beach? Seen a couple decided to go to Iran on holiday and have been locked up.

For one person in a relationship to say 'lets go to Iran' is a bit mad but for both to agree and actually pay money, then i guess they deserved to be locked up.

Exactly why would you want to go to places like that? Surely they should of done a bit of research on their rules and culture??

We met a couple from Iran whilst on holiday in Antalya, Turkey, about 10 years ago. Great people, full of fun who thoroughly enjoyed the freedom they had for a couple of weeks to do, and wear, what they liked. They invited us to Tehran, if we were interested. Loved the idea in theory, to see the sites in an ancient country, but in practice decided against it.

Spent 3 weeks in Ghana. Total chaos. This local lad kept trying to take me to this mad brothel. I was walking down this busy dirt road and some white guy started shouting at me all happy cos he hadnt seen another white person in ages. We went for some pints. He was out his mind.
