...it was one of those programmes where you laughed at the laughing. Those were the days.

I did my work experience with City FM back in the day, was a blinding. Proper arl arse news room with journos smoking loads of bifters constantly, with the DJ lads acting all Bobby big time.

A great two hours on a Sunday morning

One I remember was when he asked the question: Which actor won his only Oscar for his role in True Grit?
The guy answering says "Can you give us a clue, Billy?"
Billy Butler says in a broad american drawl: "The hell I will"
The guy says: "That's not fair, you give everyone else one"
