DVD, CD and game suppliers refused a £300m request from HMV, putting them at risk of administration.

Another high-street franchise is about to fall. Is the end nigh ?

DVD's mainly ? Been some big releases out in the last 12 months including The Avengers and Dark Knight Rises.

In a world where you can get cheap DVDs from the supermarkets, and anything from a back catalogue online im not suprised HMV is going down the pan.

Virgin seen it coming years ago and sold all there stores on.
