So am going to be honest straight off the bat, I am not really an Everton supporter but I do have a soft spot for the club in the English league. My team for those wondering are FC Schalke in the Bundesliga. I have a thing for underdogs I guess haha. But I have been looking around epl and really like this club (not just because of the blue kit haha) and I think you guys have a lot of potential to go up.

Anyways I hope to enjoy my time here and getting to know y'all and see where this team goes in the upcoming season.

Also I am an Indian based in the US, so please don't bash on me for being a foreigner :p
 

go up as in break into the top 6. I dont think it will happen this year, too much work to be done by Brands and Silva, but given a couple of transfer windows I feel you guys could easily be at CL level.
 

Welcome Yush yòu're never too late to realise you are Everton in your heart. As a scottish school boy in the 70s I was bequeathed a second hand long sleeved yellow football shirt with a blue winged collar ( I alternated it at school with my 1978 Scotland long sleeved shirt at P.E ) Then my first ever team .. Under 13 .. wore all blue with the diamonds down the sleeve in 1979 but was it Everton I pretended to play for ? .. I always had a soft spot like you but suddenly as a young adult I discovered my Great Uncle had played for Everton and I realised .. Everton were and always had been my English club.

Enjoy being a Blue some things are just meant to be.

Indian based in the US, is that native American Indian or Asian Indian? Not that it matters, but I always get confused about that.

Well if it has to be a schalke player then I would go for Meyer, since he is out of contract and should be a good addition to the squad. Though there are rumours that he might have already signed for Hoffenheim. Besides him Nastasij would be a good upgrade in CB.

Lastly, since we are talking about Bundesliga, convince Lookman to not leave? My first time watching him was for Leipzig, and I am surprised you (we? :p)let him go there with the talent and potential he has.

Asian Indian haha, but I get the confusion, people over here even don't know the difference sometimes.
I am prepared to let Everton in my heart, but not just ready to bin off Schalke just yet, after all we just made it back to CL after a 2 year absence, and it has been quite a ride this season.

Not many fans wanted him to go out on loan. It was more the fat gravy gusling meathead that was manager at the time who wanted him out.
 
I love the way we seem to pick up waifs and strays, makes things more interesting. Welcome aboard Yush. You may have joined at a significant moment or maybe not, that is the Everton way.
